Nebraska Machine and Tool has a complete design to production team to make business with us simple and quick. Nebraska Machine and Tool has 3 seats using 3 Axis CamWorks, 1 seat using 5 Axis CamWorks and 1 seat using 3 Axis Procam. From 3 Axis software to 5 Axis software, we are prepared to meet the needs of the job. Our 3 Axis software ensures that simple and complex parts can be cut quickly and accurately with a high-quality toolpath. The 5 Axis software allows us to create toolpaths across complex shapes that could not be machined on 3 Axis machines. This includes high-performance automotive port finishing, impellers, turbine blades, cutting tools, 5 Axis trimming, and undercut machining in mold and die making.
Mold Design:
The mold design phase optimizes the aspects of your container design and our engineering capabilities. A combination of design factors and select mold materials allow creation of superior performing molds.
The mold design is performed again utilizing SolidWorks 3-D software. This provides an opportunity to maximize cooling and other important attributes, while at the same time developing a production-worthy mold. Technology plays a role as it relates to efficiency and accuracy, but our experienced engineering staff also relies heavily on their years of direct experience with blow molding.
Wire EDM:
Nebraska Machine and Tool Wire EDM machining provides accuracies to .0002” and superior surface finishes. Our wire EDM machining services are an extremely accurate method of producing a part for high quality, close tolerances. Wire EDM technology is a critical aspect for advanced superior tolerance of parts, repeatable and extensive tooling with ultra fine finishes.

Nebraska Machine and Tool offers assembly of components to customer specifications. Assembly services are available to customers who need an experienced build resource.
